Behavioral-Based Interview Questions

Behavioral-based question: Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
Answer: This could be from any of life experiences as well. Try using the example of, say, a debate that you had in the university or an argument of personal beliefs. For example:
One time, a friend and I were having a heated argument about our beliefs, and he was adamant what he believed was ultimately the truth. Using my interpersonal skills, I explained to him what my view was and how I saw it in my perspective. After a while of explaining, he realized that it was my view that was correct and that his was different.

Behavioral-based question: Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills.
Answer: One situation was when I was faced with a deadline in my previous job. Some paperwork had to be finished within a specific time period, and there were a lot of other paperwork to do at the same time for other people. By utilizing time management skills, I was able to prioritize all important paperwork and eventually accomplish them all on time.

Behavioral-based question: Give me an example of a time when you set a goal and were able to meet or achieve it.
Answer: Any goal you have set will be fit in response to this behavioral question. For example: I set a goal when I needed to lose weight at the time when I was very obese. By following a strict regimen complemented with self-discipline, I achieved my goal through proper diet and exercise, eventually losing 30 kilograms.
