NYADI has join forces with industry leaders and is currently offering stackable certification from Audi, ASE Education Foundation, ALL Data, BMW STEP, Caliber Collision, Get Ahead, Ford, I-Car, Isuzu, Kenworth, Mercedes Benz, Mopar Cap, NC3, Subaru and Toyota.


Audi

The Audi Education Partnership (AEP) program is intended for NYADI students who would like to work in an Audi dealership. Throughout the program, students will have access to Audi Web Based Training (WBT) through Audi’s Certification Resource Center (CRC) Access. Audi AEP provides foundational training on engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Upon completion of the program, students are able to take additional courses and training so they can begin Audi’s Fast Track program, which is required to become a certified Audi Service Technician 1. The AEP program is an additional pathway to choose from for students that meet the requirements.

 

ACDelco
Our partnership with GM/ACDelco offers online courses 24/7 which allow students to complete the courses at their own pace and on their own schedule. Courses consist of technical information that can typically be reviewed in less than one hour. These guides are intended to help students understand the technical aspect of various vehicle systems.

 

ASE Education Foundation
The ASE Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that evaluates and accredits entry-level automotive technology education programs against standards developed by the automotive service industry. Moreover, it develops career-readiness education for students which bridge local partnerships, standard-based education, workplace experience, and mentorship together.

 

BMW STEP
The BMW STEP Apprentice Program is a six month program designed to combine a BMW-specific, hands-on technical education and real world work experience as a BMW technician. The apprentice application process is open to graduates at NYADI who wish to further their education and start a rewarding career as a BMW technician.

 

Caliber Collision
The Caliber Technician Apprentice Program is a hands-on auto body-training program that teams students with an experienced trainer in a live shop to take their skills to the next level. Whether the student is a beginner or have some intermediate skills under their belt, Caliber Collision will help students build a thriving career.

 

Get Ahead
The Get Ahead program enables our Diesel students to participate in Daimler dealership level training, giving our students a chance to strengthen their knowledge on the basic skills and increase their knowledge on Freightliner and Western Star systems.

 

Ford
Our partnership with the Ford Motor Company and their dealerships prepares NYADI students to step into a career as a qualified and prepared entry-level technician after they graduate. The Ford Automotive Student Service Educational Training program includes the most advanced technical training with a strong academic foundation of math, reading, electronics, analytical, and technical skills.

 

I-Car
I-CAR is an organization that provides the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs. NYADI students will receive the latest repair technique training and have the ability to gain I-CAR certifications throughout their program.

 

Isuzu
Our partnership with the Isuzu Truck University prepares students to step into a career as a highly qualified and prepared entry-level Diesel Technician after they graduate. Students will have the opportunity to have technical training that prepares them to work with Isuzu trucks in the industry.

 

Mercedes Benz
Graduates of the Mercedes-Benz Automotive Program will have a solid foundation with exposure to the latest technology and entry-level access to Mercedes-Benz technician positions in a dealership where they provide top-of-the-line customer service.

 

Mopar Cap
The Mopar Cap program is designed to coincide with NYADI’s automotive curriculum. While taking automotive classes, Mopar students will be able to take Chrysler training. This training is the exact training that dealership technicians take while working for Chrysler. The training will enable the student to have the opportunity to become Chrysler certified by the time they graduate.

 

Subaru
The Subaru Web-Based Training program is an additional pathway for students to choose, offering the entry-level 1 and 2 training that is required of Subaru technicians. Once a student becomes employed at a Subaru Dealership, further training is available with the Subaru Level 3 Instructor-Led training. The curriculum covers subjects such as Repair Order Write Up, Introduction to Subaru Tech Information Systems (STIS), Generic Hybrid, Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH), along with theory and diagnosis of major vehicle systems.

 

Snap-On
The Snap-On SEP program offers students the opportunity to purchase professional quality tools at a discount. Students get the TOOLS FOR LIFE they need for classroom training, and they can carry those same tools into their professional careers.

 

State Farm
New York Automotive and Diesel Institute are pleased to partner with State Farm for the Automotive Appraiser internship opportunity for students. The Auto Estimatics Appraiser is a highly technical role that involves addressing questions regarding vehicle damage and estimating content internally and externally. This opportunity will train interns to identify damage to vehicles, write and review repair estimates, and work closely with claims personnel resolving claims. State Farm provides state-of-the-art equipment that will help each intern succeed. Moreover, Interns will be aligned with a team member of other interns managed by a highly seasoned Estimatics Team Manager. As a Fortune 50 company and leader in the insurance and financial industry, interns have the opportunity to grow and develop with the company moving into quality control and management roles.

 

Toyota
NYADI students can have the opportunity to enroll into Toyota’s Technician Education College Support (TECS) program as an additional pathway to choose from. This nationwide recognized program will offers students the Automotive Technology program for a chance to become a Toyota Maintenance Level Certified Technician. Not only will they receive the technical training, they will also train and have access to Toyota’s Technical Information System (TIS), their Technician eLearning courses, and opportunities of employment at local dealerships.

 

Toyota TECS
The Toyota TECS (Technician College Education Support) program is designed for students interested in a career with Lexus or Toyota to gain a “head start” in their training. The program provides access to the technical information systems (TIS) with a full library of repair and training information. Students who complete the eLearning modules in mechanical repair, body, and paint will qualify to become an entry-level Lexus Certified Technician or a Toyota Maintenance Level Certified Technician with dealers across the country.

 

Mack and Volvo Academy
New York Automotive and Diesel Institute offers the Mack and Volvo Trucks Academy to provide students with training as skilled vehicle service technicians in the diesel industry. This program will help equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as future diesel technicians. Students will have the opportunity to work with industry dealers such as Gabrielli Truck Sales which services Mac and Volvo vehicles.
