Automotive Technology
Develop the skills needed to diagnose, service, and repair today’s vehicles when you complete the Automotive Technology Associate AOS Degree program at NYADI.
The 60-credit Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree program exposes students to the eight core areas of automotive service, including training in engine repair, engine performance, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, steering, suspension, heating and air conditioning, transmissions, and drivetrain systems, as well as preparation for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
Additionally, we offer a 45-credit Automotive Service Technology Certificate program that prepares students for entry-level roles in the automotive industry.
Automotive Management and Support Technology
NYADI’s Automotive Management and Support Technology AOS Degree program and Automotive Support Service Technology Certificate program are designed for those interested in the business side of the automotive industry.
We help you develop knowledge in areas such as service advising, parts, inventory, fleet operations, customer relations, shop operations, sales and support roles.
The 45-credit certificate program can be completed in as little as 12 months for full-time students, and part-time students can expect to earn their certificate in 18 months.
The same flexibility is available in our 61-credit degree program, with full-time students earning their degree in 16 months and part-time students in 12 months.

Upon completion, graduates can pursue roles such as diesel technician, fleet maintenance technician, field service technician, service advisor, and more, depending on their education.

Our Collision Repair Technology Certificate program is a 48-credit program that features a focused curriculum designed to prepare students.
