Job Description The Shop Supervisor is a key member of NYADI’s academic team, responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, managing tools and equipment, supporting faculty training, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This role is integral to fostering a professional and efficient learning environment that aligns with industry standards related to Automotive, Diesel and Collision. Responsibilities 1. Vehicle Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of all vehicles in the NYADI fleet for the automotive, diesel and collision shop areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Automotive, Diesel, Collision Instructor
Under the supervision of the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Instructor will support and execute the college mission and objectives to maintain the integrity of the academic program. Instructor duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Class Instruction: Prepare and deliver instructional activities that are both interesting and informative to students through high levels of engagement and interaction in the classroom setting. Implement designated curriculum and modify if need be to further execute course objectives. Establish and communicate clear expectations for all learning activities to students to demonstrate positive outcome
