• Have 2 years of full-time experience at an automotive shop
• Have the A6 (Electrical and Electronic Systems) certification
• Have the A8 (Engine Performance) certification

Though it may seem like extra work, earning your L3 is worth it. The certification marks you as a technician committed to learning the ins and outs of electric vehicles. When employers decide which prospect to hire or when customers decide where to bring their business, you will stand out.
